Homemade Miso Soup

Miso soup is a staple in Japanese cuisine and is soup for the soul. We enjoy it almost every single day for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Preparation time about 25 minutes.

Recipe for 4 persons.

  • Water 1500 ml
  • Dashi powder 2 tsp
  • Miso paste 2 tbsp
  • Tofu (optional)

  1. Boil water
  2. Add dashi powder
  3. Add miso paste
  4. Stir well
  5. Cut tofu to small pieces and add to the water. (optional)
